    BEFORE BOOKING MAKE SURE YOUR INDOS PROFILE IS UPDATED PROPERLY WITH NAME AS PER PASSPORT, LATEST PHOTO WITHIN 1 WEEK WITH WHITE BACKGROUND AND 75% FACE, AND SIGNATURE.

EXISTING SEAFARERS

  1. PROOF OF SIX MONTHS SEA SERVICE VIDE C.D.C., INDoS and PASSPORT
  2. RECENT COLOUR PHOTOGRAPHS (SIZE: 35mm x 30 mm / Matt Finish)
  3. ORIGINAL STCW 1995 CERTIFICATE REQUIRED FOR REFRESHER COURSE.
  4. LATEST PRINT OF SEAFARER'S PROFILE.
  5. VALID MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (WITH FITNESS MENTIONED)

ASPIRING SEAFARERES

  1. INDoS: WE CAN APPLY FOR INDoS FOR YOU, FOR WHICH THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED:
    • Reference Number generated from DGS website. (Click here for link)
    • Original valid passport (photograph page & address page).
    • Original Std X passed marksheet.
    • Signature in blue pen on a strip of white paper.
    • Recent colour photograph (SIZE: 35mm x 35 mm) with clear white background & 75% face coverage.

    FEES TOWARDS INDoS (PAYMENT VIA DEBIT/ CREDIT CARD / NET BANKING):

    • INDOS Fee 1200/- + GST @ 18% (Rs.1200 + Rs.216(GST) = Rs.1416/-(for indian seafarers)
    • INDOS Fee 3000/- + GST @ 18% (Rs.3000 + Rs.540(GST) = Rs.3540/- (for foreign nationals)

NOTE: CANDIDATE SHOULD BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT WITH ORIGINAL VALID PASSPORT & STD. X PASSED MARKSHEET FOR VERIFICATION, WITHOUT WHICH WE SHALL NOT APPLY FOR YOUR INDoS.

ALL PAYMENTS TOWARDS COURSE FEES TO BE MADE : BY DEMAND DRAFT/ QR Code/ DEBIT CARD, DEMAND DRAFT IN FAVOUR OF NUSI / ITF TRUST FOR INDIAN SEAFARERS PAYABLE AT GOA.

FOLLOWING TO BE CARRIED BY YOU FOR EACH & EVERY STCW COURSE YOU ATTEND:

  1. IDENTIFICATION IN ORIGINAL (ANY 1 - PASSPORT / C.D.C. / NUSI I.D. / ELECTION I.D. / DRIVING LICENCE/ AADHAR).
  2. BOOKING RECEIPT, NOTE BOOK & PEN.
  3. SAFETY SHOES FOR FPFF & PST COURSES. SHOES COMPULSORY FOR ALL OTHER COURSES.

NOTE:

  1. All of the above requirements must be brought, falling which you will not be allowed to attend the course.
  2. Courses once booked cannot be cancelled nor the fees refunded.
  3. All candidates should report at 08.45 a.m. sharp. The names of late comers will be deleted and fees will Not be refunded. 100% attendance is compulsory.
  4. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the campus in between the course, even during lunch break.
  5. Morning tea, lunch & evening tea are provided free of cost at our self service dining hall.
  6. Medical examination (for FPFF / PST course candidates) will be conducted at the academy.
  7. Any candidate found under the influence of alcohol and / or narcotic substances while undergoing the course, Will be debarred from continuing the course and will forfeit the course fees.
  8. Make sure your mobile phone is switched off during course time.
  9. For PST & PST refresher course pool jump is compulsory, failing which you will not get the PST certificate. Life jacket will be provided. Candidates should come prepared for swimming pool practicals on all 3 days of the course. (please carry your towel & personal belongings).
  10. E-learning on DGS website is compulsory for attending the courses and answering online exit exams (max. 03 attempts), without which certificate cannot be generated.
  11. Dress Code (All candidates should wear shoes compulsorily on all course days):
    • Gents - Non-transparent smart casuals (Do not wear short pants, sleeveless t-shirts, slippers).
    • Ladies - Non-transparent smart casuals (Dress modestly - preferably salwar kameez, pants).
